In the production process of open-pit mines, trucks are applied in mines for transporting ores and rocks. Most equipped with dozens trucks. It is important to plan dispatch so that transportation can be shortest distance, lowest cost, most efficient. At present, many mining enterprises have realized use dispatching systems schedule complete tasks. However, these methods mostly designed deploy reduce costs without considering blending problem selected ores, therefore it cannot meet dual need ore dispatching. order solve above technical problems actual needs current mine dispatching, this paper proposes an truck system based on dynamic decisions, supported by a 4G/5G wireless network, Beidou positioning, Internet Things technology, which not only realize optimized production, but also requirements downstream concentrators dressing grade. The has been Ansteel Group QIDASHAN one year. proportion dispatched through reached more than 70%. trucks’ capacity were upgraded from 3.79 4 million ton km per set year, efficiency was improved 5.5%. limitations proposed method mainly include possibility inaccurate measurement output lack combination unmanned driving.
